This session is part of a year-long track at the Milken Institute, informed by stakeholder interviews, to identify innovative frameworks for onshoring supply chains of minerals identified as critical for modern economic systems and national security. Anchor discussants will lead the roundtable conversation to discuss investment solutions that engage and empower communities including tribal nations close to or near mineral resources in the financial upside. The conversation will focus on innovative financing and partnership models that balance growth and stewardship across the resource value chain.
